About the In-Building Wireless Alliance

The mission of the In-Building Wireless Alliance is to accelerate the adoption of in-building wireless systems as a means of unlocking the value of communications and information within a building to all stakeholders. The mission shall be accomplished by:

  • Establishing the value proposition and ROI for in-building wireless  across all building stakeholders
  • Proposing costs- and benefits-sharing  practices
  • Establishing a forum for real estate and industry leaders to jointly  develop standard yet flexible solutions or configurations
  • Collaborating with industry leaders and government organizations to  incorporate in-building wireless concepts in public policies and legislation  
  • Boosting public awareness of in-building  wireless benefits and initiatives
