Darlene Pope is an independent consultant specializing in telecommunications and technology solutions for commercial office buildings. Most recently, Ms. Pope served as Managing Partner at Realcomm, an independent research and education group focusing on technology solutions for commercial and corporate real estate. She developed and led the Realcomm Seminars and Media division, serving as the lead instructor for Realcomm’s technology seminars and webinars, and was also the founder and Editor-in-Chief of The RealcommEDGE magazine. Dr. Anand K. Iyer

Dr. Iyer is the Founder and immediate past President of the In-Building Wireless Alliance. In January 2008 he joined WellDoc Communications as President and COO. WellDoc focuses on simplifying the way diabetes is managed by leveraging technology, information sharing, analytics, and collaboration, in conjunction with traditional innovation. He has more than 20 years of consulting, industrial, and academic experience in the areas of business strategy development, network engineering, economic modeling, service development, and value network analysis. He was most recently the Lead Director in the Wireless Communications Practice at PRTM Management Consultants, where he focused on helping companies in both the commercial and government sectors capitalize on the convergence of three mega trends: Internet ubiquity, emerging wireless technologies, and innovative business models. Prior to joining PRTM, Dr. Iyer was a member of the scientific staff at Bell Northern Research and Nortel Networks. He holds a Ph.D. and an MS degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering, and an MBA degree from Carnegie Mellon University. He also holds a BE degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Carleton University. Ian Sugarbroad is an independent telecommunications consultant with 30 years experience in the telecommunications industry. Ian served as Vice-President at ADC Telecommunications following their acquisition of LGC Wireless Inc. for $169 million in 2007, where Ian was President & CEO. Prior to that, Ian was President & COO of interWAVE Communications Int’l Ltd., a GSM and CDMA equipment manufacturer. In that role, he led interWAVE's NASDAQ IPO in 2000, raising $65 million, and acquired a number of private companies to broaden the product line and market reach. Ian also spent 23 years at Nortel Networks, playing key executive roles in a number of business units, including 10 years in the Wireless Group, where he was VP of Business Development. Rodger Howell is Director at PRTM, an international management consulting firm. Mr. Howell has worked in the electronics and industrial manufacturing industries for 20 years to develop strategies and improve core operating processes. He has extensive experience in the wireless industry and has served as Chairman and Keynote speaker at the IIR In-Building Wireless Conference for 2008 and 2009. Mr. Howell’s experience includes strategy and implementation projects in developing new business models, product and technology development, partner development, ecosystem development, and marketing. John Niedermaier is Vice President, General Manager of ADC’s Wireless Coverage Solutions Group. In this role, Mr. Niedermaier is responsible for ADC’s wireless coverage and capacity enhancement products and services, supporting wireless operators, network integrators and enterprises on a global basis. John has over 30 years management experience in technology and service organizations, primarily in telecommunications. He joined ADC as part of ADC’s acquisition of LGC Wireless, where John served as Chief Operating and Financial Officer. Prior to LGC, John was Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Jetstream Communications, Inc., a provider of voice-over-broadband solutions. John has also held senior financial management positions at SCM Microsystems, Octel Communications, VMX, Inc. and KPMG.
