In 2008 the In-Building Wireless Alliance officially formed the Real Estate Advisory Council. The objective of the REAC is to help bridge the gap between real estate owners/managers and the wireless industry, and to work together on defining the solutions that best meet real estate's wireless needs - including wireless communications, fire and life safety, and building automation. We are currently seeking commercial building owners and managers to serve as members of the Real Estate Advisory Council of the IBWA.
The IBWA will provide Advisory Council members with ROI models, case studies, white papers, and other research to use in determining the requirements for your specific wireless needs. In addition, the IBWA will provide access to leading wireless providers, equipment manufacturers, suppliers, and consultants who can answer any questions you have about in-building wireless.
As a member of the Real Estate Advisory Council, the IBWA would ask you to participate in a survey to obtain feedback and insight regarding the use of wireless technologies in office buildings. REAC members will also get to participate in working sessions with other real estate owners/managers and wireless industry leaders to determine how to best unlock the value of in-building wireless for the real estate industry.
If you are a commercial building owner or manager and would like to be considered for membership in the IBWA Real Estate Advisory Council, please contact us below for more details.
